JELLY PLAN



Yes, hindi kayo nagkakamali sa recipe na ito. Hindi ito Leche Plan, Jelly Plan talaga. But I tell you masarap ito katulad din ng leche plan. Yun nga lang mas light ito as compare sa napakatamis na leche plan. Ofcourse, wala pa ring tatalo sa paboritong panghimagas ng pinoy ang leche plan.

Matagal ko nang balak gumawa nito. Mula ng makuha ko ang recipe nito sa aking kapatid na si Shirley, nitong birthday lang ng anak kong si Jake natuloy ang pag-gawa ko nito. Hindi ko alam kung saan nag-origin ang dessert na ito pero the best magluto nito ang mga kapatid kong sina Ate Mary Ann at Shirley nga. Try nyo. First time ko nga na gumawa nito at hindi naman ako nagkamali. Masarap ito talaga.


JELLY PLAN

Mga Sangkap:

2 eggs
1 big can Claska Condensed milk

1 big can Alaska Evap (Yung white ang label)

4 cups water

1 bar Yellow color Gulaman

2 cups white sugar

2 tbsp. Vanilla essence or katas ng dahon ng dayap


Paraan ng Pagluluto:

1. Sa isang bowl, paghaluin ang itlog, condensed milk, evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar at vanilla essence. Batihing mabuti. Kung may blender mas mainam

2. Gumawa ng caramelized sugar gamit ang 1 cup pa ng sugar. Lagyan ng kaunting tubig. Ilagay sa mga llanera.

3. Sa isang kaserola, lutuin ang gulaman sa 4 cups na tubig. Hayaan hanggang sa kumulo

4. Ilagay ang mga pinaghalong sangkap. Hinaan ang apoy ng kalan.
5. Haluin ng haluin hanggang sa pakiramdam nyo ay mabigat na ang paghalo.

6. Hanguin sa mga llanera na may caramelized sugar. Palamigin hanggang sa ma-set.

Ihain kasama ang inyong matamis na ngiti....:)

i made this jelly plan last weekend w/o the vanilla.nonetheless,it turned out to super yummy.

Sarap no? para ding leche plan...hehehehe. mas masarap kung lalagyna mo ng katas ng dayap sa halip na vanilla. panalo talaga..

nakita ko ang website nio sa habang naghahanap ng recipe ng asado.. and this time, since nakita ko ang jelly plan nato at may ingredients ako dto sa haus, ill try cooking it... im out of the country and mahirap para samin ang magisip ng menu.. hay i hope itll turn out sooper sarap gaya ng sabi mo... hehehe... keep posting your yum yum recipe mang dennis.... big hit! ;) God bless

Hi Ritz.....just follow carefully the instruction...tried and tested na ang recipe na yan. I'm sure magugustuhan mo yan. Ayos na ayos din yan sa mga diabetic...kasi hjindi masyadong matamis.
