Fish Fillet with Creamy White Basil Sauce


Hello! Ang recipe natin sa araw na ito ay maituturing ko na experimental. Tinawag ko itong Fish Fillet with Creamy White Basil Sauce. I don't know kung may ganitong recipe talaga. hehehehehe. Ito ang dinner namin last Tuesday and its a hit lalo na sa panganay ko na si Jake. Try nyo ito....hindi ko sinasabi ito dahil ako ang nagluto...pero ang sarap talaga ng kinalabasan. Para ka nang kumain sa isang hotel....hehehehe

Excited na ako so let's start the ball rolling.....


Fish Fillet with Creamy White Basil Sauce

Mga Sangkap:

1 kilo Fish Fillet (Ang ginamit ko dito blue marlin. Pwede din ang tuna, lapu-lapu or any white meat na fish)

Calamansi

salt and pepper

Maggie magic Sarap (optional)

Olive oil

For the sauce....

1 small can Alaska Evap (Yung red ang label, matamis kasi yung white)

1 cup chopped fresh Basil leaves

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup butter

salt and pepper

Maggie magic Sarap (optional)

Paraan ng pagluluto:

1. I-marinade ang isda sa katas ng calamansi, asin, paminta at maggie magic sarap. Hayaan ng mga ilang minuto

2. Sa isang kawali o non-stick pan, i-prito ang isda sa kaunting olive oil. Huwag i-overcooked. Hayaan lamang na pumula ang kaunti...hanguin at ilagay sa isang lalagayan.

3. Sa isang sauce pan, ilagay ang butter

4. Ilagay ang harina at halu-haluin

5. Ilagay ang evap milk at patuloy na haluin

6. Timplahan ng asin, paminta at maggie magic sarap ayon sa inyong panlasa

7. Ilagay ang chopped basil..haluin.....lagyan ng tubig kung kinakailangan na tama lamang sa lapot ng sauce.

8. Hanguin at ilagay sa ibabaw ng piniritong isda.

9. Ihain habang maiinit

This is so delicious I tell you. Papanong di sasarap? Blue marlin fried in olive oli...tapos creamy white sauce na may basil? OK i-serve ito kung may special guest ka sa bahay....hehehehe.
